Located in Norwalk, CA on the Metropolitan State Hospital Grounds, adjacent to HFLF Cedar Street Homes, HFLF Birch Grove Homes will convert and rehabilitate a vacant, historical building into 20 studio apartments for persons with mental illness.

HFLF Birch Grove Homes will provide permanent housing to graduates of HFLF Cedar Street Homes' transitional housing program and other homeless persons.
