HARVEST HOUSE

 

Harvest House (facility license 191593149) is an 8-bed, state licensed residential home located in Norwalk, California, and opened its doors on December 11, 1991, to serve residents requiring rehabilitative services and 24/7 care and supervision.

There are both single and double occupancy bedrooms in the homes.  There is a large family / living room area, full kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and landscaped front and backyard patio area for recreation and socialization.

Residents pay the state licensed board and care rate which includes rent, services and utilities. Residents are offered services such as occupational therapy, outings, softball games, and access to a local gym.  A full-tie, live-in house manager is on site 24 hours per day, and a case manager visits the home on a regular basis.  Physicians and a nurse also regularly visit the home.
