Madison House (facility license 191222591) is a 9-bed, state licensed residential home located in Pasadena, California, and opened its doors on June 23, 1993, to serve  residents requiring rehabilitative services and 24/7 care and supervision.

There are both single and double occupancy bedrooms in the home.  There is a large family / living room area, full kitchen, dining room, bathrooms and landscaped front and backyards and patio area for recreation and socialization.
