HFL Van Nuys Apartments is a new construction, 15 unit apartment building for residents who are able to live in an independent environment with supportive services. This development is located in Van Nuys, California and opened its doors on January 16, 2006.
The apartments contain one bedroom, living and dining area, full kitchen, bath, and are fully furnished. There’s a secured entry, visitor’s lounge, community and activity room, laundry, rooftop garden area, outdoor landscaped area, and marked parking.
Residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent. Residents are responsible for their own phones and utilities.
A part-time residential manager is responsible for routine maintenance. Qualified case managers meet with residents and assist them with locating community resources to meet individual program needs.
