Homes for Life Foundation partnered with NationalCORE to develop affordable housing for seniors, where a percentage served are seniors with mental illness. A qualified case manager meets with residents to assist them with accessing community resources to meet individual program needs.
The 62 one-bedroom units are located in Los Angeles, California. They have a secured entry and are fully furnished with living and dining area, full kitchen, bath, private patio, outside storage area, and marked parking. A wide range of services are provided and coordinated for residents.
