These studio apartments contain a living/dining area, full kitchen, bath, and are fully furnished. There’s a secured entry, underground parking, community and activity room, laundry, landscaped garden patio, and a rooftop patio area.
Residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent. Residents are responsible for their own phones and utilities.
A full-time residential manager is responsible for routine maintenance. Qualified case managers meet with residents and assist them with locating community resources to meet individual program needs.
